On two dates and in two Virginia locations, the Virginia CLE is presenting their 18th Annual Employment Law Update Seminar - Employment Law Tsunami: Riding the Wave in 2009.
On Thursday, May 14, the program will take place in Richmond at the Richmond Marriott West, 4240 Dominion Boulevard Glen Allen. On Thursday, May 21, the session will be held in Fairfax at the Marriott at Fair Oaks, 11787 Lee Jackson Memorial Highway.
Faculty will approach the program's agenda through highlights of employment law's most recent changes and trends. Featured in the discussion will be layoffs, furloughs, and voluntary out programs; the role of employee non-compete agreements in a struggling economy; practice strategies and practical tips from top plaintiff and defense lawyers; employment law mediation tips that work, as well as an early morning ethics hour on employment litigation.
