Troy LeMaile-Stovall is the CEO of TEDCO—Maryland’s economic engine for technology companies – which to date has helped create more than 10,000 jobs. He leads the organization’s mission to support economic development through the cultivation of an inclusive entrepreneurial innovation ecosystem, including access to funding and critical resources. He brings to bear more than 25 years of experience in investment management, higher education, telecommunications, information/communication technology and management consulting in his leadership role. Troy and TEDCO serves as wizards, helping tech startups with the full spectrum of resources.
