Aaron Mackey, Senior Staff Attorney of the Electronic Frontier Foundation, speaks with host Richard Levick of LEVICK to discuss the recent comments by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas that either the U.S. Supreme Court should weigh in on the scope of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, which provides broad immunity for online companies or that Congress should.
