Former ADR Leader At FirmJoins JAMS At New Boston Office

Mediator and Arbitrator James E. McGuire, former Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Practice Group at Brown Rudnick Berlack Israels LLP in Boston, has joined JAMS, The Resolution Experts.

Mr. McGuire will be based in JAMS' new Resolution Center located at One Beacon Street, where he will resolve complex commercial disputes. Late last month, JAMS moved to a larger location in order to accommodate increased business, particularly complex cases, and to enable expansion of JAMS' panel of neutrals based in Boston. Mr. McGuire is the first new panelist to join JAMS since the move.

Jack Hanna, the Director of the American Bar Association's Section of Dispute Resolution, will join JAMS May 17 as Business Manager of JAMS' Washington, DC Resolution Center and will be a key leader in the current expansion that JAMS is undergoing.

At JAMS, Mr. Hanna will be in charge of the day-to-day supervision, operation and management of the Washington, DC Resolution Center. He will oversee the continued integration in Washington, DCof JAMS and ADR Associates, LLC, which combined ADR practices in January to provide high quality dispute resolution services nationally.
