Steps To Successful CompletionOf Large, Mixed-Use Projects

The Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) on Tuesday, November 30 will present the 12th Annual Bradley J. Schaeffer Real Property Institute titled How to Get From Concept to Completion of a Large, Mixed-Use Project.

The program will take participants through a large hypothetical mixed-use project covering all aspects from contract, development, zoning, administrative regulation, and land use - in short a comprehensive look at how to take a large, mixed-use project from concept to completion.

The practicum is intermediate to advanced but will be presented through the hypothetical so that all participants from the beginner to the expert will benefit. Each registrant will receive a workbook containing practical materials and forms as well as black letter law.

The course planners for the day-long conference are David A. Detec, Manchester, Bennett, Powers & Ullman; James M. McClain, solo practitioner; Russell R. Miller, Roetzel & Andress; Jay A. Rosenberg, Furnier & Thomas, and Alan B. Schaeffer, Pickrel, Schaeffer & Ebeling.

The conference will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. at the OSBA offices, 1700 Lake Shore Drive, Columbus, OH.
