The Southwest Ohio Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America and the Cincinnati Bar Association this month are jointly planning a CLE seminar titled Insurance Basics - What In-House Counsel Need to Know About Risk and Risk Management Today.
The program is scheduled for Wednesday, March 16 from 1:30 to 5 p.m. at the Health Foundation of Greater Cincinnati Rookwood Tower, 3805 Edwards Road, Cincinnati.
Bernadette (Tina) C. Topazio, senior corporate counsel, Ohio Casualty Group, will serve as program moderator. Other speakers will include Geoffrey D. Fallon, managing director, Marsh USA Inc.; Kathryn S. Bernard, executive vice president and general counsel, CBA Personnel Holdings; Melissa Bowman-Miller, director of risk management, CBA Personnel Holdings; Bruce M.
