Samidh Guha Joins Venable’s Investigations and White Collar Defense Practice


Venable LLP welcomes seasoned litigator Samidh Guha as a partner in the firm's New York Litigation Division. Guha has more than two decades of experience in high-stakes white-collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation.

Guha advises institutions and individuals primarily within the financial services and technology sectors, guiding them through multi-agency investigations, enforcement proceedings, and regulatory matters. His background includes significant roles as a federal prosecutor and senior positions in private practice, focusing on corporate fraud, insider trading, cross-border compliance, and complex commercial disputes.
