The firm of Proskauer Rose LLP on Thursday, November 4 will present a CLE seminar titled Being a Professionally Responsible Corporate Counsel.
In-house attorneys face a wide range of ethical issues in their day-to-day work. In addition to giving attendees a basic grounding in the ethical rules applicable to them, this seminar is specifically tailored to address a number of issues of particular importance to the corporate counsel. These issues include:

- Attorney-Client Privilege: Scope and Waiver;
- Document and Electronic Discovery Obligations;
- Depositions of In-House and Outside Counsel.
