Norman Reimer Elected PresidentOf NY County Lawyer's Association



Norman L. Reimer, a partner at Gould Fishbein Reimer & Gottfried LLP, has been elected president of the New York County Lawyers' Association (NYCLA). He was installed on May 27 at the NYCLA Annual Meeting at the NYCLA Home of Law in New York City.


Mr. Reimer succeeds Michael Miller, who continues as a member of the Executive Committee as immediate past president.


Other officers seated an the Annual Meeting are: Edwin David Robertson, Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft, president-elect; Catherine Ann Christian, Office of Special Narcotics Prosecutor, vice president; Ann B. Lesk, Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, secretary, and Marjorie E. Gross, The Bond Market Association, treasurer.


Incoming NYCLA directors, each filling three-year terms, are: Kathy Hirata Chin, Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft;Sylvia Fung Chin, White & Case LLP; the Hon. Stephen G. Crane, associate justice, Appellate Division, Second Department; Clyde J. Eisman, solo practitioner; Margaret J. Finerty, Getnick & Getnick; Bruce A. Green, Fordham University School of Law, Louis Stein Professor of Law; Joel B. Harris, Thacher Proffitt & Wood; Robert A. Jacobs, retired from Milbank, Tweed, Hadley, McCloy LLP; M. Barry Levy, Sharretts, Paley, Carter & Blauvelt, P.C., and Susan J. Walsh, Gould Fishbein. Also joining the board is Morton Moskin, retired partner of White & Case, filling an interim vacancy of one year
