New Approach To Prevent Identity Theft,Protect Firm's Intellectual Property

The firms of Stroz Friedberg, LLC and Dorsey & Whitney LLP this month are preparing a CLE seminar titled NYSE Governance Rules: A New Approach - Identity Theft & Protecting Intellectual Property on behalf on the Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America (NY ACCA).

The program will take place on Thursday, September 29 from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at the Dorsey & Whitney offices, 250 Park Avenue (between 46th and 47th streets), New York City.

This session will examine what proactive steps can be taken to protect confidential and proprietary business and customer information.

Speakers will be Nick Akerman, a partner in the Dorsey & Whitney trial group; Edward Stroz, managing partner for Stroz Friedberg, and a third panelist still to be announced.
