Mike Lindell Media Corporation (MLMC) named attorney Daniel J. Eastman as General Counsel. Eastman brings more than 35 years of legal and regulatory experience and will lead the company’s legal affairs, corporate governance and risk management strategies during a period of heightened litigation and increased industry oversight.
Eastman’s background includes roles in public service as an SEC legal staff intern and state securities regulator, along with a career in corporate law, Federal and state securities law compliance and securities fraud defense. He has also served as a CEO and board member, advising on complex financial restructurings, both public and private. Known for managing legal crises and strengthening corporate compliance, Eastman brings experience aimed at protecting shareholder value in high-pressure situations.
