The Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) has announced that applications are now open for its C-Suite Leadership – Level II (CSL-II) program, an intensive, 12-month executive training opportunity tailored specifically for mid-to-senior level attorneys aspiring to leadership roles within corporate legal departments and law firms.
This selective program is designed to accelerate leadership readiness through personalized assessments, targeted development planning, and strategic training in communication, team leadership, and executive management. Eligible applicants include in-house attorneys with at least 10 years of experience who are within two to three reporting levels of their enterprise General Counsel, as well as law firm counsel or junior partners who meet similar experience requirements.
Applications will undergo rolling review until the deadline on June 30, 2025, and enrollment is limited to 30 attorneys.
