Greenberg Traurig has appointed leading antitrust litigator Bill Katz as Global Co-Chair of its Antitrust Litigation & Competition Regulation Practice. Katz, joining from Holland & Knight, will be based in Dallas and Washington, D.C. He brings extensive experience advising clients before federal and state courts, arbitration panels, the FTC, and DOJ, especially in health care and energy sectors.
He joins fellow Co-Chair Tonya M. Esposito, supporting Greenberg Traurig’s global team advising clients on mergers, investigations, compliance programs, and litigation across the U.S., Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
