Pramata has appointed Garrett Derman as Vice President of Strategic Solutions and Alliances. In this role, Derman will lead efforts to build a scalable, structured framework for the Pramata Partnership Program, with a focus on strengthening partner relationships and supporting product innovations built on the company’s contract AI platform.
Launched in 2023, Pramata’s Partnership Program allows consulting firms and technology companies to enhance their contract management capabilities by embedding Pramata’s contract AI technology as a core foundation of their value-added services. Through the program, partners gain access to Pramata’s contract AI platform, enabling them to implement and accelerate generative AI use cases within their customers’ contract management programs.
Pramata’s Partnership Program has gained significant momentum over the past year as businesses seek to close gaps and accelerate investments in traditional contract lifecycle management. Prior to Salesforce, he served as a Strategic Engagement Manager at IBM, overseeing the company’s largest client programs focused on technology, process and people. During his tenure at both Salesforce and IBM, Derman received numerous prestigious awards, including more than 10 Salesforce Achievement Awards and IBM’s Top 1% Award, recognizing his outstanding performance in managing successful technology programs and delivering solutions for some of the world’s most prominent companies.
