The Colorado Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America this month has scheduled a luncheon program titled Changing Your Outlook on Electronic Data: Guarding the Company's Electronic Gold Mine From Plaintiffs and Other Claim Jumpers.
The program will take place on Wednesday, June 15 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the offices of Moye Giles LLP, 16 Market Square, 6th Floor, 1400 16th Street, Denver. Registration begins at 11:45 a.m.
The presentations will include discussions of substantive law related to electronic files, litigation, and ethics.
The speakers will be John Moye, Jim Miller, Charles Luce and Paul Lewis, all of Moye Giles.
