The Chicago Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America this month has scheduled a pair of CLE seminars focusing on employment-related issues.
On Tuesday, June 15, the chapter will present a session titled Immigration Compliance.
The program will take place from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the East Bank Club, 500 North Kingsbury Street, Chicago.
The speaker will be Ethan Bensinger, a partner with Fragomen, Del Rey, Bersen & Loewy, P.C.

On Tuesday, June 29, the chapter also will offer The New Overtime Regulations, featuring David Ritter, partner at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg, and an in-house lawyer to be announced. They will discuss what's new and what has become more confused in the new regulations. They also will examine the Illinois reaction to the new rules.
