Neil Belloff has been General Counsel of Acorda Therapeutics, Inc. since November 2021. In addition, he previously served as a Senior Attorney-Advisor in the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. Mr. Belloff holds a J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law, a M.A. from New York University, a B.A. from Queens College of the City University of New York, and completed post-graduate studies in the LL.M. Program in Securities Regulation at Georgetown University Law Center.
