What Corporate Counsel Needs To Know About VSMs And Significant Industry Developments Relating To Meeting Access By Beneficial Owners

Almost everything changed in 2020, and Annual General Meetings were no exception. Companies around the world adopted virtual technology, often on short notice. It was the first time for many issuers.
