Event Details

With the combination of the power-charged life in the legal ecosystem and a global pandemic, self-care is paramount.

Nutrition, quality sleep, and exercise are major components of mental health. According to a study by The Lancet Psychiatry, people who exercise experience 40% better mental health. According to the Harvard Medical Health Letter, "Sleep deprivation affects your psychological state and mental health." Sleep disorders increase the risk of mental illness. The International Society of Nutritional Psychiatry Research has conducted numerous studies resulting in high-quality evidence for nutritional approaches in preventing and treating mental health.
