Wolters Kluwer’s ELM Solutions has earned a Silver Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Software. Hundreds of companies entered the category in the 2018 American Business Awards competition. The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. More than 2,500 organizations competed for prestigious recognition that accompanies these awards this year.

This is the second time in two years that the American Business Awards has honored Wolters Kluwer’s ELM Solutions. In 2017, ELM Solutions’ Passport Office Companionsolution earned a Silver Stevie Award for New Product or Service of the Year – Software – Integration Solution.
