On Tuesday, November 8, West LegalEdcenter will bring together a faculty of the country's foremost patent attorneys and in-house counsel to present Patent Disputes 2011.
The live event will be held at the Network Meeting Center at Techmart, 5201 Great American Parkway in Santa Clara from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The panelists will cover perspectives from both in-house counsel and law firms and discuss working through a patent litigation, and both sides will review what works and what doesn't work and the challenges they face. Attendees will hear how both sides would like to improve the process of litigating patent disputes. The conference will offer opportunities to network and share ideas with key members of the patent community and the conference faculty, which includes Michael Edelman, Sony Computer Entertainment; Chip Lutton, Apple; and Mallun Yen, Cisco Systems, Inc.
