The firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP this month is planning a CLE seminar titled High Stakes Financial Services (Lending & Litigation Issues Symposium).

The program will take place on Wednesday, February 16 from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Hotel Crescent Court, 400 Crescent Court, Dallas, TX.

This full-day symposium will examine legal issues confronting the consumer finance industry. Sessions will focus on acquisitions, federal and state litigation trends, state enforcement, and arbitration issues.
