The Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) on Wednesday, June 23 will present a video replay of a seminar titled Titles to Real Estate in Ohio.
The seminar covers issues including conveyancing in Ohio, probate and guardianship proceedings, bankruptcy issues in commercial real estate transactions, title issues with business and governmental entities, title issues relating to condominiums, and foreclosures.
Speakers for the video replay are still to be announced.
The session will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the John S. Knight Center, 77 East Mill Street, Akron, Ohio.
