Seminar Focus: The Need To Update Records Management Programs

Does your company comply with the myriad global privacy laws? How up-to-date is your records management program? Attorneys who have asked themselves these questions will likely benefit from a CLE seminar being organized this month by the Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America and the firm of Hunton & Williams LLP.

The program, titled Developments in Privacy and Records Management: Is Your Company Ready?, is set for Wednesday, February 16.

This session will address the nexus between privacy and records management. Speakers will discuss how to develop global privacy and records management programs that will help protect firms from compliance nightmares.

Speakers for the morning session will be Lisa Soto and Ashley Rowe, both of Hunton & Williams, and Lisa Marroni, general counsel, Pokemon USA, Inc.

The program will take place from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Hunton & Williams offices, 200 Park Avenue, 43rd Floor, New York City.
