The Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America has scheduled a pair of programs focusing on current hot topics for in-house counsel.
On Thursday, October 21, the chapter will present Defense of Class Actions: Litigation Tactics and Strategy from 8 to 10 a.m. at the Union Club, 1211 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland.
The speakers will be Mitchell G. Blair, Anthony J. LaCerva and Kimberly Moses, all of Calfee, Halter & Griswold, LLP.
On Thursday, November 18, the chapter will offer Ethical Issues in the New Corporate Compliance Environment from 8 to 11:30 a.m. at the Jones Day Conference Center, North Point Tower, 901 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland.
The speaker will be Kathryn M. Fenton, Jones Day.
