NJCCA's FebruaryCLE Calendar

The New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association (NJCCA) this month has crafted a calendar of CLE events on a variety of issues ranging from corporate governance to dressing for success.

On Tuesday, February 8, NJCCA is presenting a program, coordinated with the Lex Mundi organization of law firms, under the title Family & Medical Leave Act.

The moderator will be William Johnson, co-chair of the NJCCA Labor and Employment Law Committee. Speakers for the session will be Joseph F. Accardo, Michael T. Bissinger, Theresa A. Kelly, Wendy Johnson Lario, Patrick J. McCarthy, Gregory C. Parliman and Mary B. Rogers, all from Pitney Hardin llp, a Lex Mundi firm.

The program will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Pitney Hardin offices, Florham Park, NJ.

On Wednesday, February 16, NJCCA is offering a session titled Records Control in an Era of Corporate Reform.

The session will take place from 8 to 11 a.m. at a location to be announced. Speakers for the session also are still to be announced.
