National Institute For WomenCorporate Counsel Slated June 8 & 9



Northstar Conferences LLC has scheduled its National Institute for Women Corporate Counsel on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 8 and 9 at the Fairmont Hotel in Dallas, TX.


At the Tuesday session, discussion topics will include Reaching the Summit - Women on Boards of Directors; Compensation Trends for Women In-House Counsel; Breakout Sessions Focusing on Intellectual Property, Employment Law and Litigation Skills; Law Partnering, and Doing Business Internationally.


At the Wednesday session, panelists will address issues such as Best Practices: Sarbanes-Oxley Update for the Corporate Counsel; Investigation/Compliance; Communication Styles and Media Tactics for Women; Diversity; Work/Life Balance, and Ethics: Who Is Your Client - Shareholders, Boards of Directors, Corporation?
