The Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America this month will offer a CLE seminar titled Managing the Employment Alphabet Jungle.
The program will take place on Thursday, July 15 from 8 to 10:30 a.m. at 9150 South Hills Boulevard, Suite 300, Brecksville, OH.
The session will examine topics including The FMLA and ADA Interplay, The New FLSA "White Collar" Exemption Rules, and The High-Risk Employee Discharge.
The speakers will be Richard A. Millisor and Melanie L. Webber, both of Millisor and Nobil LPA.
