'Lien Stripping In Bankruptcy Proceedings'



MICPEL and the Maryland State Bar Association Special Committee on Consumer Bankruptcy, in cooperation with the University of Maryland School of Law and the University of Baltimore School of Law, this month will present a CLE seminar titled Lien Stripping in Bankruptcy Proceedings.


The program will take place on Wednesday, July 14 from 9 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at the Ecker Business Training Center, 6751 Columbia Gateway Drive, Columbia, MD.


The session is designed for all attorneys representing either consumers or creditors in the bankruptcy field.


Serving as program chair is Richard C. Wills, Reverse Mortgages of the Mid-Atlantic. The faculty will include Antonio Aquia, Belsky, Weinberg & Horowitz, LLC; Marc R. Kivitz, Law Office of Marc R. Kivitz, and Richard J. Rogers, Cohn Goldberg & Deutsch LLC.
