'How To Become An EffectiveAdvocate In Commercial Arbitration'

With more and more commercial disputes being resolved through arbitration rather than litigation, the DC BAR Association is planning a CLE seminar titled How to Become an Effective Advocate in Commercial Arbitration.

The program will take place on Thursday, June 3 from 6 to 9:15 p.m. at the DC Bar Conference Center, 1250 H Street, NW, Washington, DC.

Among the speakers for this program will be the Hon. Richard A. Levie and the Hon. Curtis E. von Kann, both retired judges currently serving as commercial arbitrators for JAMS. Other speakers are to be announced.

For information on CLE credits and program fees, see the Bulletin Board in this issue.
