A half-day Employment Law Conference sponsored by Littler Mendelson, P.C. in conjunction with the Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel will be held on Tuesday, May 24 at The Penn Club, 30 West 44th Street, New York City.
Following registration and continental breakfast beginning at 8 a.m., morning sessions will be devoted to Managing the Unmanageable: Strategies for Effectively Enforcing Attendance Policies in a World of Protected Leaves and Advanced Investigation Techniques: When the Key Executive is Under Suspicion.
After lunch, the third general session will focus on the 2005 Littler Employment Update.This annual update, introduced two decades ago, will provide participants with the nuts and bolts of approximately 25 of the most significant developments in the law of the workplace and a list of practical suggestions for responding to them.
