The Delaware Valley Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America (DELVACCA) this month will present a CLE seminar titled Appellate Advocacy: Advice From the Bench for a Successful Appeal.
The program will take place on Tuesday, February 8 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Marriott West, Conshohocken, PA.
Attendees can expect to:
- Receive advice on presenting a successful appeal from a judge's perspective;
- Learn the mistakes lawyers often make in trying appellate cases;
- Gain insight into the issues, personnel, and protocol that characterize the Pennsylvania appellate courts.
The featured speaker will be William Lamb, former associate justice of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and chairman and director of the Post Trial Appellate Advocacy Group of Lamb McErlane PC.
