'Corporate Proactive Pay Equity Studies'

Corporations are increasingly coming under the threat of class actions involving pay equity in addition to federal inquiries from the EEOC and OFCCP. Corporate legal counsel as well as the proactive employer will need to be well prepared in anticipation of these claims and to fight off employment class actions.

This issue will be the focus this month of a joint seminar planned by the Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America, the firm of Proskauer Rose LLP and the Analysis Group. The program, titled Corporate Proactive Pay Equity Studies, is scheduled for Monday, April 26.

Speakers at this morning sessions will be Allen Fagin, Proskauer Rose; Maryrose Maness, Altria Corporate Services, Inc., and Elizabeth Becker and Charles Diamond, Analysis Group.

The program will take place from 8:15 to 10 a.m. at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, East 42nd Street at Grand Central Station, New York City.
