The Washington, DC Metro Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America this month is offering a CLE seminar titled Who's Got Your Back? What Every Corporate Counsel Must Know About Corporate Liability, D&O and Other Insurance Policies.

The program will taker place on Thursday, February 24 from noon to 2 p.m. at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner, 7920 Jones Branch Drive, McLean, VA.

A panel of speakers will provide information that in-house counsel need to know about corporate insurance policies, negotiating coverage terms, and dealing with insurers on claims.

Specific discussion topics will include a basic primer of CGL, EPLI, D&O, Errors And Omissions, and First Party Property/Business Interruption policies.

The panel moderator will be Howard Lindenberg, assistant general counsel for Freddie Mac. Other speakers will include Marianne Niles, general counsel, Washington Sports & Entertainment; Tom Bentz, vice president and claims advocate, Marsh USA Inc., and Matt Schlesinger, ReedSmith LLP.
