Barnes & Thornburg LLP has added Ryan J. Barncastle as a partner in the Corporate Department in Los Angeles. Previously, Barncastle was a partner at Raines Feldman LLP.
Barncastle represents sophisticated businesses, real estate companies, family offices, entrepreneurs and investors in complex transactional matters. His corporate practice includes advising clients with respect to strategic entity formation, debt financings, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, equity compensation, corporate governance, joint venture arrangements and extraordinary corporate deals. Specific to real estate, Barncastle works with institutions, investment companies, lenders, developers, brokers, operators and property management firms in connection with financing, syndication, acquisition, disposition and leasing matters.
