Atlantic Legal Foundation To Present Seminar

The Attorney-Client Privilege: Erosion, Ethics, Problems and Solutions will be the topic of an all-day seminar on Thursday, March 10, presented by the Atlantic Legal Foundation at the Mandarin Oriental, 1330 Maryland Ave., SW, Washington, DC.

The seminar will be preceded by an opening reception, dinner and address by Senator Arlen Specter (R-PA) on Wednesday evening, March 9, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

On Thursday morning, Professor Geoffrey C. Hazard, Jr., University of Pennsylvania Law School, will give an overview of the history of the Attorney-Client Privilege.

The Hon. Theodore B. Olson, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, and former Solicitor General of the United States, will give the luncheon address.
