ALI-ABA Slates Advanced CourseOn Products Liability Issues



The American Law Institute-American Bar Association Committee on Continuing Professional Education this month will present its ninth annual advanced course of study on Products Liability.


The program will take place on Friday, July 16 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. at the Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel, 163 East Walton Place, Chicago.


Among the discussion topics to be addressed at the day-long seminar are: Wear and Tear, Product Alteration, Misuse, and Spoliation; Class Action: Products Liability Issues; Workplace Injuries: Employee Fault and Employer Defendants; Transnational Products Liability Problems; Use of Electronic Data as Evidence in Products Liability Cases, and Ethics in Products Liability Cases.
