Amper Names Three As Senior Managers

Amper, Politziner & Mattia, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, has announced that three individuals have been promoted from Manager to Senior Manager.

Christine G. Pronek, CPA/MST, is a senior manager in the Trust and Estate Group at Amper, Politziner & Mattia, specializing in estate planning and estate and trust taxation. Ms. Pronek has 13 years of accounting experience including three years with the Internal Revenue Service.

Jordan D. Amin, CPA, is a senior manager in the Tax Department of Amper Politziner & Mattia and has more than nine years experience in both public and private accounting. Mr. Amin's expertise includes the review of corporate, individual and partnership tax returns. Additionally, he advises the owners of closely held companies in the management and growth of all phases of their business.

Jerry Ravi, CPA/CISA, is a senior manager in the Technology Risk Services Group of Amper, Politziner & Mattia. Mr. Ravi has more than eight years of accounting, information technology, and audit experience with a core competency in the area of internal audit and compliance. Mr. Ravi serves as an advisor in the role of internal and external auditor, information technology consultant and enterprise risk manager and manages Sarbanes-Oxley 404 internal audit engagements.

Amper, Politziner & Mattia has announced that the following individuals have joined the firm as officers. Jeffrey F. Allen CPA, MS, a Tax Officer, is a senior member of Amper's Public Companies and International Services groups and has more than 25 years of professional experience, including public accounting and private industry.Prior to joining Amper, Mr. Allen spent 20 years as a partner at KPMG where his responsibilities included overseeing various tax practices within the firm. Jay Graham CPA, MST, a Tax Officer, has more than 15 years of tax and consulting experience including 10 years with international accounting and consulting firms. Most recently, Mr. Graham was a director in Pricewaterhouse- Coopers LLP's New York/Philadelphia tax practice. Mr. Graham has assisted a wide range of public and private company clients with Federal taxation (compliance and consulting) and state, local and international tax regulations.
