Goodwin Procter Adds Two Partners

Goodwin Procter LLP has announced the addition of Stephen G. Mills and Janet Andolina as partners to the firm's Tax Practice in New York. Both attorneys have significant expertise with regard to tax considerations in corporate transactions.

Mr. Mills and Ms. Andolina will be key members of Goodwin Procter's Tax Practice, allowing the firm to further enhance its practice platform.

Mr. Mills has extensive experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, financial products, private equity and hedge funds, corporate finance and international taxation.

Ms. Andolina has substantial experience representing public and private corporations in connection with taxable and tax-free mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, spinoffs and joint ventures. She also concentrates her practice on the representation of sponsors of private equity and real estate opportunity funds.


Goodwin Procter has announced the addition of Mark A. Heller and Louise N. Howe as partners in the firm's Washington, DC office. Both attorneys join Goodwin Procter form WilmerHale, bringing experience in life science and medical device companies and have extensive experience in all phases of FDA regulation.

Mr. Heller was chair of WilmerHale's FDA Department, concentrating his practice of Food and Drug Administration laws and regulations.

Ms. Howe was a member of WilmerHale's FDA Department, concentrating her practice in food and drug law with a focus on medical device regulation.
