Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. has announced the formation of EBG Advisors, Inc., an affiliated company offering vertically integrated strategy and public policy consulting services specifically designed for the health care and life sciences industries.

EBG Advisors becomes the leading affiliate of a major national law firm to offer consulting services exclusively to the nation's health-related industries, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies, as well as health care providers and investors.

Based in Washington, DC, EBG Advisors provides clients with services complementary to those of Epstein Becker & Green, a law firm with 11 offices nationwide and more than 100 attorneys engaged full time in providing legal services to the health care and life sciences industry. Modern Healthcare, a leading trade publication, has ranked the firm's Health Care & Life Sciences practice as the nation's largest.

The new affiliate's strategy-oriented services include helping medical device, pharmaceutical, and biologics companies secure FDA marketing approvals and comply with manufacturing and quality-assurance requirements. EBG Advisors also assists life sciences companies and health care providers in planning for reimbursement by Medicare and other third-party health insurers.

EBG Advisors is led by three Managing Directors.

Teresa A. Brooks has worked for over 30 years with health care systems and institutions, physicians, specialty providers, pharmaceutical companies, managed care entities, financial institutions, units of government, and trade associations.

In his over 30 years of health industry experience, Paul M. Campbell has addressed a variety of market-planning and public policy issues affecting pro-viders, as well as pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostics companies.

Ted R. Mannen has more than 25 years' experience on reimbursement and public policy issues affecting device, diagnostics, and drug companies and their industry trade associations.
