Fox Rothschild LLP Expands IP Group

Fox Rothschild LLP announces that Gerard P. Norton has joined the firm's Princeton office as a partner in the Corporate Department and chair of its Intellectual Property Group. Additionally, Charles N. Quinn has been appointed as the administrator of the Philadelphia IP practice.

Mr. Norton brings more than twelve years of experience litigating complex matters pertaining to patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and breach of contract disputes, assisting clients in developing their intellectual property portfolios, both through obtaining patent protection for inventions in all areas of biotechnology and through intellectual property licensing. Prior to practicing law, he was a scientist at Merck.

Further bolstering the IP Group's abilities, are two other recent additions to the firm: Vyachesla 'Slava' Vaslyev and Michael Lewis. Both are attorneys with scientific backgrounds and are registered patent agents who are admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
