Saul Ewing Attorney's Book Released

The Maryland State Constitution: A Reference Guide, written by Saul Ewing LLP attorney Dan Friedman, was released November 30. It is the first book-length treatment of Maryland's state constitution since 1915.

This must-have resource for law firms, law libraries, and academic institutions describes Maryland's rich constitutional history, and provides a section-by-section analysis of Maryland's current constitution.

Mr. Friedman concentrates his practice in commercial litigationand state and local government law. In addition, he is a lecturer and adjunct faculty member at the University of Maryland School of Law, where he teaches state constitutional law, federal constitutional law, torts, and appellate advocacy.
