Attorneys Join Cozen O'Connor

J. Donald Tierney recently joined Cozen O'Connor's New York Downtown office as of counsel. In this position, Mr. Tierney will monitor litigation management guideline compliance, participate in alternative dispute resolution programs, including arbitration and mediation, and serve as a mentor to firm attorneys.

During the past 18 years, Mr. Tierney has served as a senior claims executive within the AIG Domestic Brokerage Group, serving in a variety of legal and claim functions, including handling high-exposure claims and as director of claims litigation.

Jacquelynn B. Hugee recently joined Cozen O'Connor's Cherry Hill, NJ office as a member in the insurance department. Prior to joining the firm, Hugee was senior counsel at PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. in Norristown, PA. Ms. Hugee focuses her practice in the areas of insurance coverage, real estate, general corporate and public utility law.

Cozen O'Connor member Mark E. Felger was recently certified by the American Board of Certification (ABC) as a businessbankruptcy specialist in Delaware, making him one of only seven certified business bankruptcy specialists in the state. Managing partner of the firm's Wilmington, DE office, Mr. Felger is a member of the bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring practice group

Cozen O'Connor recently announced that Sarah E. Davies, a member who previously served as chair of the diversity committee and as director of the nationally recognized Philadelphia summer program, was named as hiring partner for the firm. In this position, she will be responsible for hiring firm attorneys at all levels in all offices and overseeing the summer associate programs in each office.
