Stradley Ronon of counsel Frances Gauthier was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of the First State Community Loan Fund (FSCLF). The FSCLF is a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution that specializes in supporting small businesses, microenterprises and affordable housing in the state of Delaware.

In its first quarter findings for 2005, Asset-Backed Alert : The Weekly Update on Worldwide Securitizationsranked Stradley Ronon 15th in serving as issue counsel of asset and mortgage-backed securities in the United States. In 2004, Stradley Ronon acted as issuer counsel in connection with the public offering of more than $3.6 billion in asset-backed securities.

Stradley Ronon's structured finance practice group represents clients in a broad range of securitization and structured finance transactions, including collateralized debt obligations, collateralized bond obligations and collateralized loan obligations, as well as public and private offerings of asset-backed securities supported by a wide array of asset classes.
