Practising Law Institute (PLI), a leading provider of continuing legal education, and American Management Association (AMA), a leading membership-based management education and development organization, have announced a new partnership to bring AMA's management and business training to the legal community. Under the new partnership, PLI privileged members will receive preferred pricing on all AMA seminars and training resources.

"In order to be successful in today's competitive legal field, attorneys need to have a wide range of core leadership, management and interpersonal skills that they can draw upon," said Victor J. Rubino, executive director of Practising Law Institute. "That's why we are working with American Management Association to bring AMA's business and management seminars and other training resources to our members to help improve individual job performance and the overall success of their organizations."

AMA offers more than 160 seminars in general management, interpersonal skills, project management, communication skills, human resources, sales, marketing, leadership and finance. Programs are offered at all levels, from CEOs and senior executives to new managers and administrative professionals.
