24 Join Goodwin Procter As Partners

Goodwin Procter LLP has announced the addition of 24 partners to its Boston office. Nineteen of the partners join the firm from Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, and five of the partners join from McDermott, Will & Emery.

The majority of the partners joining the firm specialize in serving clients in the technology industry, with 10 of the new partners focusing exclusively in this area.

The new partners in the Technology Companies Practice include William J. Schnoor Jr., Mark J. Macenka, Jocelyn M. Ariel, John M. Mutkoski, Kenneth Gordon and Mark T. Bettencourtfrom Testa Hurwitz, and John J. Egan III, Jack B. Steele, Robert E. Bishop and Christopher E. Brown from McDermott Will.

The new partners in the Buyouts and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice are Mark H. Burnett and Kathy A. Fields from Testa Hurwitz and David J. Powers from McDermott Will.

New partners in the Life Sciences Practice are Lawrence S. Wittenberg and Mitchell S. Bloom from Testa Hurwitz.

New partners in the Intellectual Property Practice are Douglas J. Kline, Steven J. Frank, Christopher W. Stamos, Duncan Greenhalgh and Richard Myrus from Testa Hurwitz.

New partners in the Securities Litigation Practice are Brian E. Pastuzenski and Deborah S. Birnbach from Testa Hurwitz.

New partners in the White Collar Crime & Government Investigations Practice are Joseph F. Savage Jr. and John J. Falvey Jr. from Testa Hurwitz.
