Structured Finance Lawyer JoinsLinklaters In NYC Office

The firm of Linklaters has elected Adam Glass, a leading U.S. structured finance and derivatives lawyer, as a partner in the New York office.

Mr. Glass joins Linklaters from Sidley Austin Brown & Wood LLP. He brings extensive experience and strong market standing in his area of expertise.

Mr. Glass will be seeking to build a new U.S. structured finance and derivatives for Linklaters. The firm has a leading global structured finance and derivatives team with attorneys based in key financial centers across the world. The team recently was enhanced with the naming of Akihiro Wani as a partner in Japan.

Linklaters' new U.S. practice will provide a broad structured finance capability, covering CDOs, general structured finance, conduits and securitizations, as well as pure derivatives work (both advisory and transactional) and securitized derivatives.
