Charles Tiedemann To HeadHolland & Knight Real Estate Practice

Holland & Knight LLP has announced that Charles Welch (Chad) Tiedemann has been named head of the firm's Real Estate Section, resident in the Washington, DC office.

Mr. Tiedemann has practiced in the areas of commercial real estate development and finance for more than 20 years. He replaces Holland & Knight partner Stephen Moss, who will return to full-time representation of clients in the areas of real estate development law, hotel and restaurant development and operations, and finance.

"Chad has already achieved a strong record of leadership at Holland & Knight," said Howell W. Melton Jr., managing partner. "He is clearly dedicated to the continued success of our Real Estate practice and has a bold strategic plan to move us forward."

In addition to serving as head of the Real Estate practice, Mr. Tiedemann will continue his real estate practice, representing institutional owners and investors and developers of office, retail and multi-family projects.
