Stradley Elects Two As Directors

Keith R. Dutill and Kevin R. Boyle have been elected to three-year terms on the Board of Directors at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP.

Mr. Dutill, a partner since 1994, is the managing partner of the firm's Malvern, PA office. Mr. Boyle is chairman of the firm's Business Department, a group of more than 50 attorneys who assist clients in the formation of new enterprises, mergers and acquisitions, financing and securities offerings.

Mr. Dutill is a member of the Litigation Department and represents businesses in complex commercial cases. His trial practice focuses on intellectual property, antitrust and securities fraud cases.

Mr. Dutill has taught trial advocacy skills to lawyers in major cities throughout the mid-Atlantic region. He formerly chaired the American Bar Association's (ABA) Trial Practice Committee and is immediate past co-chair of the ABA committee responsible for national institutes and training programs for trial lawyers throughout the United States.

Mr. Boyle, a partner since 1994, also chairs the firm's Nonprofit Practice Group who represent educational, religious, charitable, and other not-for-profit institutions and organizations. Mr. Boyle also serves on the Board of Directors of the Chester County Commercial & Industrial Investment Council. He is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the National Diocesan Attorneys Association.


Stradley Ronon also has announced that Maureen H. McCullough, of counsel to the firm, was awarded Businesswoman of the Year by the Great Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce. Ms. McCullough was honored for her unique professional performance and outstanding contributions to the business community. She is chair of the firm's Health Care Practice Group and a member of the firm's Nonprofit and Government Affairs Practice groups.
