Grotta, Glassman & Hoffman, P.A. (GG&H), a national labor and employment law firm exclusively representing management, has announced the elevation of three attorneys to principal status: Tedd Kochman, Keith McMurdy and Glenn Smith.

All three principals are resident in GG&H's Roseland, NJ office, but also spend substantial time in Manhattan.

Mr. Kochman's practice focuses on all aspects of traditional labor law (i.e., contract negotiations, labor arbitrations, National Labor Relations Board matters, responding to union organizing campaigns), counseling and advising management on employment issues.

Mr. McMurdy chairs the firm's employee benefits practice group. His principal areas of practice include employee benefits, plan drafting, plan amendment and litigation of ERISA claims arising from plan administration. Mr. McMurdy represents benefit plans, plan sponsors, plan administrators, third-party administrators and reinsurers in a variety of matters.

Mr. Smith rejoined GG&H after spending seven years in the private sector, where he gained first-hand experience in dealing with the challenges facing in-house counsel concerning the delivery of timely, quality and effective legal services.
